Products

The cigarettes you buy are made in Europe, and are to European specification unless otherwise stated. http://cigarettes-smoke.com accepts no liability for the non-availability of any products. In the event that the Customer’s chosen product is not available, a refund or credit note will be offered to the Customer.

Goods Delivery

Goods are delivered by Registerd Air Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. If your goods are not received in time, please email us quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order.

Delivery time

In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. Delivery time may vary depending on the city you live in. If you do not get the parcel in 3 weeks period after you made your purchase, you should obligatory call or e-mail us. We immediately start our own investigation, and if in 10 days period after that you still don’t get the parcel, you may choose: 1. We send you the parcel once again to the amount of order you have made, as if you ordered it once again but you pay no money. 2. We give you your money back. The average delivery time is 1 – 2 weeks (10 days usually)

Shopping info

All orders are shipped after 24 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. The cartons are shipped in parcels (one parcel not more than 6 cartons). In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 5 to 10 days to the USA. We can’t send you a single parcel containing more cartons, because it would be subject to duty since the width and value would not fall within the prescribed international parameters.

Orders

After an order is placed at Cigarettes-smoke.com, the Costumer is automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship his/her order. Please, notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give the Costumer a possibility to change or update his/her address and/or the order items. In such cases, those Costumers must immediately send us an e-mail with your changes. The order number must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order. There is no limit when purchasing at Cigsee.com. The order quantity is left to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur. For first-time customers a large quantity order is not accepted. The maximum quantity for a first-time order is 12 cartons. To prevent fraudulent purchases we DON’T ACCEPT ORDERS LARGER THAN 20 CARTONS FROM FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS.

Return Policy

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any wrapping charges. We charge a 25% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

All returns must be shipped back to www.cigarettes-smoke.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) Any package that has not been received by www.cigarettes-smoke.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. If your package is returned to www.cigarettes-smoke.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $9.95 re-shipping fee.
